According to World Health Organization (WHO), in 2016 Non Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, and chronic lung diseases have killed around 856,000 people in Bangladesh which is equivalent to 67% of total annual deaths. Hypertension is the leading cause of premature deaths and a key modifiable risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The objective of this project is to develop a digital app developed based on COBRA-BPS strategy and assess feasibility of integrating into the existing services of primary care at two primary health care centres for enhancing primary care for hypertension in two city corporations in Dhaka city. The team has pretested the digital app and are now taking preparation for the Ethical approval
