The 1st Committee meeting of the 1st Scientific Congress on NCD

The 1st meeting of the 1st Scientific Congress on NCD was held on Thursday, 11th July, 2019 at 11:30 AM in Milton Hall, Block B (ground floor), BSMMU, Shahbag, Dhaka. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Kanak Kanti Barua, Vice Chancellor, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) and Co-Chaired by Pro Vice Chancellor of BSMMU and Dr. Rubana Raqib, Senior Scientist,Enteric and Respiratory Infections, icddrb. Director of NIKDU, Dr Shams El Arifeen, Senior Director, Maternal & Child Health ,icddr,b and representatives from other institutions (NICVD, NIKDU, NICRH, NIMH) also attended the meeting. It was an introductory meeting where the committee members provided their recommendation, suggestion and proposed date for next committee meeting.
